- Leadsthemanagementteamandemployeeworkforcetoachievecorporate/propertysafetygoals,service performance, and financial objectives.
- Identifies,suggests,anddevelopsbusinessgrowthopportunities.
- Optimizesthereturnonassetsdeployedwithinthebusinesstoincludevehiclescheduling,maintenance, and performance management.
- Identifiesandanalyzes
KPIstomaintainpositiveresults. - Ensuresservicesareprovidedwithinbudgetandactionplansaredevelopedandimplementedtoimprove operational efficiencies.
- Determinesanddeliversbusinessunitbudget.
- Ensurescompliancewithstateandfederalregulationsandcompliancewith Transdevcorporatesafety standards.
- Overseesallstaffmanagementandassignsdevelopmenttraininginliaisonwiththecorporateteamas appropriate.
- Ensureseffectiveenvironmentalcomplianceandsustainabilitymanagement.
- Providescompleteandaccuratedatacollection,compilation,analysis,and reporting
- Otherdutiesasrequired.

- Completionofafour(4) yearcollegedegreeinarelevantfieldisdesirable,althoughacombinationof relevant experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in Business Administration ,Logistics,Transportationorrelatedfieldorequivalentbusiness experience preferred.
- Atleast5yearsofexperiencemanagingafixedrouteorparatransitbusoperationofsimilarsizeand scope.
- Knowledgeofrelevantfederalandstateemploymentlaws.
- Thoroughknowledgeoftransitsystemregulationsandoperations.
- Abilitytobuildsolidandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclients.
- Abilitytomanagecostcontrolandfinancialbudget.
- Workingknowledgeandproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite .
- Intermediate level understanding of technology,apps,Wi-Fi,andunderstandingoftransportationtechnology.
- Strongwrittenandoralcommunicationskills;excellentpresentationskills;abilityto influencepeopleatall levels of the organization.
- Abilitytoorganizeandperformworkefficiently,strongattentionto detail.
- Abilitytonavigate Labor Relationsissuesandworkeffectivelywithunionpartners ,including labor grievances, and negotiations.
- Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
