Responsibilities
  • Lead with a Battlefield “franchise first” mentality – serving the franchise and players above the studio, while maintaining a strong culture and sense of belonging between the team.
  • Promote and champion the vision, mission, and strategic programs to have an impact across the Battlefield franchise.
  • Help maintain and develop a healthy and engaging culture through leading by example and mentorship, and growing leader capabilities.
  • Play a key role in ensuring conditions of success for game teams and help build a culture of excellence, high performance, accountability and ongoing growth and development.
  • Partner with the VP/GM North America, collaborating with Operations leaders across Battlefield’s European studios and the Franchise Operations to align on goals, share best practices, and strengthen how all studios operate as one global Battlefield team.
  • Champion studio culture and leadership development programs that strengthen engagement, accountability, and growth.
  • Drive the teams and be a key leader in the franchise overall in inspiring and driving the teams to execute with excellence, at times helping them achieve what they did not think was possible.
Operations
  • Support game development processes, including the studio’s role in overall Battlefield title planning and GDF processes. Proven understanding of the creative process from ideation to prototype to production.
  • Own Ripple Effect and Motive studio operations: people systems, planning, facilities, and shared services, ensuring both locations work together seamlessly.
  • Partner with production, craft, and support leaders to make day-to-day operations simple, transparent, and scalable.
  • Continuously assess and improve how the Battlefield North American Studios plan, communicate and deliver, removing bottlenecks and creating clarity for teams.
  • Lead operational planning across LA, Montreal, and Vancouver, ensuring all sites have what they need to deliver efficiently.
Project Management
  • Build and maintain long-range studio plans that anticipate team growth, hiring, and facility needs across LA, Montreal, and Vancouver.
  • Provide visibility into the team's capacity and priorities, ensuring projects and support teams stay aligned.
  • Work with the VP/GM and studio leadership to manage dependencies with other Battlefield studios.
  • Track key operational metrics: space, staffing, engagement and take action when risks appear.
  • Help teams adapt planning methods to match their project phase while maintaining clarity and efficiency.
Financial / Infrastructure / Talent
  • Manage studios budget, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the VP/GM and Finance.
  • Oversee space and infrastructure planning across all sites to ensure smooth scaling and collaboration.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent growth initiatives in partnership with People Experience, TA, and Facilities.
