Lead the accounting function for a portfolio of hundreds of distributed generation projects. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee a team of 7 (including two managers) and ensure technical excellence in a high‑volume, dynamic environment.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 7, including an AP Manager and a Senior Accounting Manager.
• Technical Accounting: oversee complex partnership structures, tax equity monetization, and HLBV calculations. 📊
• Operational Oversight: Manage the accounting for hundreds of individual projects (DG focus) rather than just a few massive utility‑scale assets.
• Global Reporting: Coordinate with the parent company on international reporting (IFRS/GAAP) and participate in meetings with global stakeholders. 🌏
• Process Improvement: Drive efficiencies in financial reporting and controls, ensuring the team scales effectively with the portfolio.

  Experience:
  
  10 years of experience with at least 5 years at a renewable energy developer (ideally Distributed Generation) managing high volumes of projects.
• Technical Chops: Strong knowledge of HLBV, tax equity structures, and consolidated financial statements. CPA preferred. 📝
• Leadership: Proven experience managing managers or mentoring teams; ability to guide and sculpt a capable team.
• Versatility: Comfortable working in both GAAP and IFRS; experience with systems like Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Mindset: "Hands‑on" leader willing to dive into the details while maintaining a strategic view.

• Flexibility: Must be open to occasional evening meetings due to international parent company collaboration. 🕰️
