Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, driving project planning, execution, risk management, and process improvement. By fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager ensures successful outcomes that support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead regulatory compliance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely renewals of certificates, licenses, and registrations.
- Develop and manage project plans including scope, resources, risk management, contingency strategies, and documentation timelines.
- Ensure compliance with global standards by overseeing required testing, documentation, and certification processes delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, R&D, Operations, Legal) to embed regulatory requirements early in project life cycles.
- Monitor and manage project work streams, identifying issues, balancing trade-offs, and guiding teams with best practices in project management.
- Drive process improvements by standardizing documentation, audit preparation, and enhancing regulatory project management workflows.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates, status reports, and ensuring transparency across sponsors and leadership.
Travelling Requirement: up to 20%
More about you- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years equivalent experience; preferred Engineering, MBA, or advanced degree. - Preferred certifications: PMP and SCRUM Master.
- Experience:
6+ years as Project Manager in medical devices, including Class III (active implantable). - Personal

Skills:
Strong communicator and influencer; skilled in delegation, prioritization, conflict management, and team coaching. - Professional Expertise:
Risk assessment, feasibility analysis, project monitoring, and evaluation of technical reports beyond own discipline. - Languages & IT
Skills:
Fluent in English; proficient in German, Spanish, French; advanced in MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Jama, Polarion, One Plan, Oracle Agile PLM
A minimum of 200

This role's pay range is between: $109,600/yr - $164,400/yr (range may vary dependent on location). This role is also bonus eligible.
