Salary Range: $125,000–$135,000
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations & Finance Manager to lead the financial, administrative, and operational backbone of our business. This role oversees bookkeeping oversight, AP/AR, financial reporting, insurance compliance, subcontractor compliance systems, and the internal processes that support our projects and team.
You’ll work directly with company leadership and play a key role in implementing the systems, controls, and workflows that enable us to scale efficiently.
What you'll do:- Oversee bookkeeping and ensure accurate job cost tracking, AP/AR, invoicing, and monthly reporting.
- Build and maintain cash flow forecasts, cost controls, and financial dashboards for leadership.
- Manage all company insurance programs: GL, Workers Comp, Auto, Builders Risk, renewals, audits, and claims coordination.
- Implement and enforce subcontractor compliance systems (COIs, licenses, lien waivers).
- Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, project reporting, and operational decision‑making.
- Oversee internal office operations, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and cross‑team communication.
- Lead operational improvements across the business to increase consistency, clarity, and efficiency.
- Experience in construction operations, construction finance, development accounting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of job costing, AP/AR, cost control, and monthly financial reporting.
- Experience using software including Quickbooks, Builder Trend, Asana, etc.
- Experience managing insurance programs and compliance workflows.
- Excellent organizational and systems‑building skills.
- Ability to implement structure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Clear communicator with strong cross‑functional leadership ability.

- Strong follow‑through and sense of ownership
- Comfortable improving systems while managing day‑to‑day operations
- Able to collaborate with project teams, leadership, and external consultants
