We are looking for a high‑accountability leader to manage our company‑wide warranty and return processes. The Warranty Manager serves as the central connection point between customers, vendors, and our internal teams, ensuring accuracy, communication, and speed from start to finish.
This position is all about ownership, organization, and follow‑through. You’ll lead our warranty operations with precision, coach your team, and make sure every return or claim reflects the level of professionalism and service PMC is known for.

What You’ll Do Customer Returns- Manage all return requests through Airtable.
- Verify case details, collect documentation (case numbers, descriptions, photos), and coordinate with sales teams for completion.
- Generate RMAs, shipping labels, and replacement orders.
- Coordinate with branches and customers for return logistics and ensure accurate tracking through resolution.
- Process open box returns in line with company SOPs.
- Ensure returned items are inspected, priced, and reentered into inventory appropriately.
- Maintain accurate inventory across claims and defective warehouses, supporting warehouse audits and organization.
- Manage all freight and UPS claims related to customer shipments, internal transfers, and refusals.
- File, track, and document claims in Airtable and company databases while working closely with carriers to ensure resolution.
- Oversee all non‑video product returns in Airtable and company systems.
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate while driving consistency across all product categories.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain organized digital records and meet turnaround timelines for all cases.
- Demonstrate ownership, follow‑through, and collaboration across departments.
- Represent PMC’s values of accountability, service, and partnership in every interaction.
- Experience managing warranty or returns operations, preferably in distribution or consumer electronics.
- Proficiency with Sage, Airtable, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS World Ship is preferred.
- High attention to detail and a calm, professional approach to challenges.
Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Consistent attendance, communication, and ownership of tasks are required.
