We are seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee a Digital Tools Program. This will be full time/direct hire and hybrid in Orange County.

This role involves managing various lead generation tools designed to enhance performance and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include project management, performance analysis, vendor oversight, and client relationship management. The Program Manager will coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure program success and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the program from planning to execution.
• Create and maintain strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness.
• Drive growth through improved dealer adoption and program value.
• Serve as the main contact for client relationships, ensuring expectations are met.
• Oversee vendor performance and compliance with program standards.
• Communicate program updates and changes to all stakeholders.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess program performance and provide insights.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in Account Management with a proven track record.
• Automotive experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
