We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving workflows, fleet/vehicle management, and project fulfillment coordination.
Warehouse Operations- Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and staging
- Ensure clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and logistics carriers
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and equipment maintenance protocols
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and availability
- Track, count, and reconcile inventory regularly
- Implement labeling, storage, and cycle count procedures
- Support procurement planning and materials forecasting
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage shipping platforms, LTL carriers, and logistics providers
- Coordinate order fulfillment for internal and external customer needs
- Coordinate with Project Managers before, during, and after projects
- Maintain product accuracy and documentation for project shipments
- Follow engineering workflows for benching and staging deployable hardware
- Track project inventory and ensure equipment readiness
- Maintain service schedules, inspections, and logs for company vehicles
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and fuel programs
- Track and manage assignment of tools, equipment, and field‑use technology assets
- 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations (lead/supervisor preferred)
- Experience with shipping systems and freight carriers
- Understanding of project workflows and tooling management
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership, cross‑team coordination, and collaboration with internal and external partners
- Experience adding sites and willingness to travel to new sites as needed
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong computer and inventory system proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, Zoom
- Familiarity with Net Suite, Acumatica, Connect Wise, Fleetio, Moovila, Company Cam (plus)
