Salary: $4,036.00 - $5,054.00 per Month
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

• Collect heavy‑duty vehicle data from fleet owners and maintain accurate records in a database format.
• Answer routine phone calls and emails to The Hotline and provide detailed, accurate information about air quality regulation requirements.
• Track compliance assistance and outreach event contacts and distribute materials at events.
• Research regulatory language, calculate fleet compliance, and assist Air Resources Engineers and Air Pollution Specialists in preparation of electronic and outreach materials.
• Assist with preparation and execution of stakeholder and outreach meetings.

• Hybrid in‑office work and in‑state telework eligible, with some in‑person attendance required.
• Stationary, consistent with office work for extended periods.
• Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and telephone.
• Position located in a high‑rise building.
