Position Summary:

The Vice President of Operations will report directly to the CEO and oversee all construction operations in the region. This role is designed for a dynamic, growth‑minded executive ready to build teams, drive performance, and help lead the company through its next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all facets of field operations, project delivery, safety, and quality.
  • Build and develop high‑performing regional teams and future leaders.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and operational forecasting with precision.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership on client relationships and market expansion.
  • Champion a proactive, zero‑incident safety culture across all job sites.

Education &

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in telecom, utility, or heavy civil construction.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale fiber or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and delivering results.
  • Financial acumen with P&L ownership and forecasting expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
