Description:
Car Shield is seeking an experienced leader to join its growing Pre-Sales team. This role is responsible for leading a team that is has the initial conversation with prospective customers, qualifies leads, and sets up customers with the Sales department. Successful candidates will have experience leading teams in a metric-driven environment, and have a proven track record of developing people!
Reporting to the Pre-Sales Department Head, this position is responsible for:
- Overseeing a team of Pre-Sales Screener Representatives.
- Managing workflow to ensure proper service based on call volume.
- Coaching and training team to promote continuous improvement.
- Managing employee time cards, ensuring attendance and punctuality standards are being maintained.
- Conducting quality control checks and providing feedback to employees.
- Managing discipline in line with company policies.
- Performing regular call reviews and feedback sessions with employees.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Pay Rate and Benefits for Pre-Sales Screener Manager:
- $60k annual salary, plus bonus! (Average ~$65-70k/year).

Requirements for Pre-Sales Screener Manager:
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role (in a call center a plus).
- Proven sound decision-making and judgement.
- Experience as a leader in a metric-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- Willingness to work 1-2 Saturday(s) per month.
- Stong computer skills and experience with creating and analyzing reports.
- Flexible schedule. Normal hours of operation are 7am-9pm during the week.
