Description:

Car Shield is seeking an experienced leader to join its growing Pre-Sales team. This role is responsible for leading a team that is has the initial conversation with prospective customers, qualifies leads, and sets up customers with the Sales department. Successful candidates will have experience leading teams in a metric-driven environment, and have a proven track record of developing people!

Reporting to the Pre-Sales Department Head, this position is responsible for:

  • Overseeing a team of Pre-Sales Screener Representatives.
  • Managing workflow to ensure proper service based on call volume.
  • Coaching and training team to promote continuous improvement.
  • Managing employee time cards, ensuring attendance and punctuality standards are being maintained.
  • Conducting quality control checks and providing feedback to employees.
  • Managing discipline in line with company policies.
  • Performing regular call reviews and feedback sessions with employees.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements for Pre-Sales Screener Manager:

  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role (in a call center a plus).
  • Proven sound decision-making and judgement.
  • Experience as a leader in a metric-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Willingness to work 1-2 Saturday(s) per month.
  • Stong computer skills and experience with creating and analyzing reports.
  • Flexible schedule. Normal hours of operation are 7am-9pm during the week.
