Position:
Property Manager (Entry level, Full‑time)

We are looking for motivated individuals to independently manage multiple storage facilities, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales of storage units.

• Hourly pay $19.00 plus potential performance‑based bonuses.
• Flexible full‑time schedule between 9:30 am and 6 pm, with weekend availability until 5 pm.

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs, recommend and sell units, and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to ensure readiness for new rentals.
• Audit cash drawers and conduct bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls as needed.

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk/park around facilities for up to 50% of time outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas, maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement available.
