Your sharp financial insight helps you monitor margins, progress, and costs, while your transparency builds trust with leadership, strategic partners, and stakeholders alike. Beyond day‑to‑day operations, you take ownership of project compliance audits, schedules, permitting processes, and subcontractor coordination. • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting
• Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance
• Support crisis management and on‑call responses
• Ability to respond after hours and on weekends

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
• Safety courses as required for the position
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Valid driver's license required
