Overview
The Area Management Team (AMT) leads regional strategic execution, cross-country alignment, and organizational performance across Asia Pacific. With increasing complexity in its operating environment—shifting partner expectations, internal transformation, and cross functional interdependencies—the AMT requires dedicated time to review progress, realign priorities, strengthen role clarity, and address operational obstacles. In addition to these operational and strategic needs, the AMT must deepen team cohesion, trust, and shared leadership behaviors to improve cross-team collaboration, strengthen communication, and enhance collective accountability.
Building trust is essential to enable candid dialogue, faster decision-making, and improved execution across diverse functions and countries.
To support this, the AMT will convene for a two-day, professionally facilitated leadership planning workshop.
