Overview

The Area Management Team (AMT) leads regional strategic execution, cross-country alignment, and organizational performance across Asia Pacific. With increasing complexity in its operating environment—shifting partner expectations, internal transformation, and cross functional interdependencies—the AMT requires dedicated time to review progress, realign priorities, strengthen role clarity, and address operational obstacles. In addition to these operational and strategic needs, the AMT must deepen team cohesion, trust, and shared leadership behaviors to improve cross-team collaboration, strengthen communication, and enhance collective accountability.

Building trust is essential to enable candid dialogue, faster decision-making, and improved execution across diverse functions and countries.

To support this, the AMT will convene for a two-day, professionally facilitated leadership planning workshop. The workshop aims to build strategic alignment, enhance decision-making discipline, strengthen team cohesion and trust, and set a clear operating rhythm and execution plan for the first half of 2026. We are seeking an external consultant to design and deliver a leadership planning workshop scheduled for February 4–5, 2026.

Purpose

of the Consultancy

To design and facilitate a two day leadership planning workshop that enables the AMT to develop a unified annual plan, clarify roles and decision rights, deepen understanding of departmental contributions to the regional strategy, resolve key obstacles hindering execution, and strengthen trust and team cohesion to improve collaboration and collective leadership effectiveness.

Workshop Objectives
