Program and Site Manager
Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 annually
Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking an experienced Program / Site Manager to lead operations supporting a federal customer at Edwards Air Force Base, California. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for overseeing personnel, customer relationships, operational performance, compliance, quality, and day-to-day execution across a diverse logistics and support services environment.
We are looking for a leader who excels at building trust, solving problems, communicating effectively with customers, and bringing teams together to accomplish mission objectives.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary on-site manager and customer-facing representative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Establish priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure commitments are met.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, employees, and senior leadership.
- Identify issues early, coordinate solutions, and drive actions through closure.
- Oversee staffing, performance, training, scheduling, quality, and operational readiness.

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, fleet, property, materials management, or related operational disciplines.
