The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a results-driven Fitness Services Manager at our Shrewsbury, MO club to lead personal training, sales and staff development. You will drive departmental financial performance, set KPIs, and partner with Membership to optimize client tours and assessments.
You will build a high-performing team, manage PT payroll, and lead initiatives for lead generation, product sales and inventory.
