Service Manager

The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department for a local farm equipment, powersports, and lawn/garden dealership. This includes managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

• Manage and supervise service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
• Maintain a high level of productivity by monitoring service processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience and improve overall company performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide regular reports on service department performance to upper management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide training and development opportunities for service technicians

• Previous experience in a service management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Valid driver's license

Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.
