Experience

• Proven experience in education administration or healthcare management, ideally within a hospital or clinical setting

• Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to nursing programs or healthcare institutions
• Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management
• Experience in academic or instructional leadership roles within healthcare or university settings is highly desirable
• Previous roles involving school or healthcare facility management, with a focus on leadership and team development
• Familiarity with teaching methodologies relevant to healthcare professionals and staff supervision techniques
