• Salary range for Quality Tech: $20.60 / hour (with $1 / hour night shift premium)
• Schedule:
  
  Must be available to work night shifts (7pm - 7:15am), with the first two weeks of training on day shift (48/36 hour rotating shifts)

Quality Tech – Warrenton facility

• Visually check products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies before packaging.
• Work at a consistent speed to meet production KPI’s.
• Identify and report product defects, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Safely and efficiently perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Maintain focus on accuracy and attention to detail during packaging and inspection.
• Follow instructions and operate within standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Previous manufacturing / production experience is required.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to read and understand instructions; basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination for 12-hour shifts.
• Good communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Fine motor skills for handling products and packaging materials with precision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and attendance are essential.
