Summary: Responsible for picking, packing, and loading trucks to complete orders for shipment.

• Using computers and mobile devices to pull parts.
• Visually inspecting parts to ensure world‑class quality.
• Packing parts for shipment.
• Shrink wrapping, banding and labeling pallets.
• Using moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently around the warehouse and stage shipments.
• Keep shipping area clean and clear for safety.
• Stage and segregate product in designated areas; adjusting storage areas according to shipping requirements.
• Document movement of materials through a transfer system.
• Take inventory, maintains storage area, organizes, and places stock on shelves. Ensure area is always secure.
• Share ideas, improvements, and recommendations for continuous improvement to help optimize results to improve safety and quality.
• Break down crates and dispose into dumpsters.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Previous forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders.
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers.
• Independent thinker.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Must be 18yo or older.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• This is manual work requiring frequent sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work in a non‑climate‑controlled factory environment.

* Weekend shift works 36 hours, paid for 40 hours. No overtime available.
