We are seeking a detail‑oriented, hands‑on Assembly & Test Technician to join our fast‑growing production team. You will play a key role in assembling, testing, and preparing our hardware systems for deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with mechanical and electronic components, is eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, high‑precision environment. Soldering expertise is a plus but not required — we value precision, care, and adaptability.

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components using tools (including torque wrenches) following detailed procedures.
• Apply staking materials for stability.
• Use our production tracking software to track builds and workflow.
• Execute basic test scripts and bash commands on hardware systems.
• Record, document, and communicate test results clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or test issues.

• Soldering experience (we’ll provide training) and experience handling sensitive PCSs.
• Basic understanding of electronic debugging or electrical engineering concepts.
• Prior experience in hardware production environments (aerospace, medical, RF, or similar).
