Hours:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday - Benefits start the first of the month after 30 days of employment:

Jahabow is a leading manufacturer of custom retail display cases and commercial millwork, partnering with major brands like Sam’s Club, Academy, Kohl’s, and Walmart. We’re hiring a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity
- Work closely with procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing teams to confirm material and resource availability
- Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed due to demand changes, equipment downtime, or labor constraints
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and schedule adherence
- Manage the Aluminum Manufacturing schedule, including packet assembly
- Support the painted metal process to ensure materials are sent to and returned from the coater on schedule
- 2+ years of production scheduling experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, ERP/MRP systems, and lean production principles
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and production tracking tools
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to climate variations, noise, and machinery
- Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
