Our client is an LA based, fast-growing, mission-driven beauty brand that’s redefining clean artistry makeup through innovation, inclusivity, and science-backed formulas. This is your chance to work alongside a visionary founder and award-winning artist along with a team of industry leaders who are passionate about self-expression and purpose-driven performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead Packaging Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to design packaging that is visually impactful, cost-effective, and production-ready.
Own Packaging Specs: Create and manage comprehensive packaging documentation—including materials, dimensions, performance requirements, pack-outs, and shipping standards.
Drive Innovation & Sustainability: Identify and implement packaging improvements that enhance product efficacy, user experience, and environmental impact. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Testing & QA Partnership: Oversee packaging testing in partnership with labs to validate durability, compatibility, and compliance. Support corrective actions where needed.
Project Management: Lead packaging-related timelines with manufacturers and oversee line trials through development to commercialization.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of hands‑on packaging engineering experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care space.
Strong understanding of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging design and development.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 150-170K annually based on experience.
