Quality Control Inspector

Quality Inspector – CMM / PCMM

Our Quality Department is seeking a qualified individual with experience inspecting machined and fabricated metal parts and assemblies using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines (PCMM). The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision and possess strong mathematical skills, a solid working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and excellent computer, reasoning, and communication skills.

• Monthly Manufacturing Performance Incentives with the opportunity to earn up to $550 per month.

• Previous experience reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings and CAD models
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to set up and use standard precision inspection tools
• Ability to operate and care for stationary ZEISS CMMs and PCMMs
• Experience using Verisurf software for inspection and measurement (preferred)
• Familiarity with Windows-based file structures and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong mathematical skills
• Good organizational skills
