Summary: This entry level position requires job rotation using several different machines including CNC machining centers, spade machines, reamers, rotary index machines, grinding machines and assembly processes.

• Load and remove parts from machines.
• Visually inspect parts for quality defects.
• Using grinding equipment to clean flashing and imperfections off parts.
• Assemble several components to produce a complete part.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed while working with others.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
• Must be able to handle repetitive motion of placing metal castings into a fixture and then removing it and then place it into a basket.
• Must be able to operate small handheld tools on a regular basis.
• Must be able to visually inspect machined parts as well as gauge them utilizing several types of hand-held gauges.
• Must be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Saturday overtime.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day.
• Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift.
• Must be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting.

* Weekend shift works 36 hours, paid for 40 hours. No overtime available.
