Our projects serve clients nationwide in hospitality, restaurants, sporting venues, and senior living.
We're hiring experienced and entry‑level stone fabricators who want to learn a trade and work with their hands. You'll receive hands‑on training in stone cutting, polishing, edging, and installation support. No prior experience is required—just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The Stone Fabricator is responsible for creating the final product of natural and engineered stone surfaces for a variety of custom commercial projects. The fabricator uses both hand tools and machinery to turn raw slabs into final products according to specifications.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Polishing natural stone and engineered stone designs to spec.
- Ensure the finished stone product meets the required quality standards and specifications before shipping.
- Precisely measuring and creating templates for stone pieces.
- Maintain an organized, safe and clean work environment.
- Read shop drawings and templates to determine cut and finish requirements.
- Work adjoining countertops and seams.
- Efficiently maintain all equipment and supplies.
- Inspect all fabricated and installed pieces for defects or imperfections.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed company standards for quality and craftsmanship.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to read shop drawings, templates, and tape measurements.
- Ability to work well with others to achieve production goals within deadlines.
- Must be able to understand technical drawings to accurately cut and shape stone according to specifications.
- Proficiency in using various stone fabrication tools and equipment, including saws, routers, polishers, and waterjets.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Monday – Friday; 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
CompensationSalary: $20 – $25 per hour
