Overview

HRI is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as High-Temperature Mechanical Technicians. This role involves inspecting and repairing industrial equipment that operates at elevated temperatures, including furnaces, boilers, fans, pumps, and soot blowers. Technicians perform tasks using specialized high-temperature personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring safety and operational integrity across a variety of challenging environments.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Work in hot, confined, and elevated industrial settings
  • Lift and move components up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Wear high-temperature PPE, such as heat-resistant suits, gloves and respiratory protection
  • Safely support and operate with up to 35 lbs of protective gear during assigned tasks
