We’re seeking skilled Header Operators to join our team onsite in City of Industry, CA—offering up to $60 per hour and a potential sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates. Both 1st and 2nd shifts are available, giving you flexibility in your schedule. Set up and operate multi‑die headers for manufacturing precision aircraft quality fasteners.

• Reads and interprets documents (blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing work orders) to determine required tools and materials for producing products to precision tolerance to aircraft specifications.
• Sets up and operates, on a production basis, all assigned headers and their related products, including settings and adjustments necessary to produce parts to specifications.
• Selects, mounts, and aligns tooling attachments and materials in proper order and relationship.
• Loads machines with raw material and monitors production run using measuring devices such as comparators, micrometers, calipers and other inspection gauges.
• Reworks and directs reworking of tooling as needed.
• Keeps accurate statistical process control (SPC) records on each job manufactured, making adjustments during the production run as the SPC data directs.
• Meets and maintains all productivity levels and quality requirements to support departmental goals and schedules.
• Provides training to department personnel for all aspects of machine set‑up and operation.
• Performs minor preventative maintenance on assigned machines.
• Performs record keeping, data entry, housekeeping, and follows safety regulations.

On‑Site:
This role is required to be on‑site 5 days at the City of Industry, CA location.

Education and/or

Experience:

• Experience in heading aircraft quality fasteners on multi‑die machines required (4 and 5 die Progressive Header).
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $35.00–$60.00 per hour.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives such as equity, commissions, or other variable performance‑related bonuses.
