What will you do?You’ll take on a variety of process and industrial engineering tasks aimed at boosting productivity across our manufacturing operations. You'll lead the charge on new product launches, ensuring manufacturing processes are seamlessly integrated. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing new processes and championing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, capacity, product quality, reduce scrap, and improve coworker safety.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Lean manufacturing experience in a high‑volume production environment.
- Previous experience with industrial packaging equipment and processes is a plus.
