• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of a team or department.
• Manage workflow, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Assist in fostering a safety culture and production excellence.
• Maintain production schedule and communicate effectively with team and managers.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in humid, cold, wet or slippery environments at varied heights around moving equipment, using personal protective equipment (P.P.E).

• Previous experience/knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with knife work in manufacturing.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely, wear P.P.E., and follow instructions.
• Consistent attendance.
• Strong work ethic.

Essential functions require occasional standing, walking, or sitting; handling tools; reaching; speaking and hearing; lifting and/or moving objects. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision.
