CNC Router Operator; Woodworking

We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator (Woodworking) to join our wood shop team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in woodworking, with a primary focus on operating CNC routers. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality wood products according to specifications.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC routers to produce wood components as per design specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Additional tasks may require the use of a table saw, miter saw, shaper, planner, and finishing tools.

• Proven experience as a CNC Woodworking Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming CNC routers using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Master
  
  CAM, AutoCAD, Solid Works).
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in woodworking is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish highly desired.

• The employee frequently is required to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Salary range: 18.50 USD - 28.00 USD
