Process Engineer | Injection Molding

An established manufacturer is looking to add a hands‑on Process Engineer to support injection molding operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This role is focused on execution. Troubleshooting, process stability, and making molding processes run consistently on the floor, not sitting behind a desk.

What this role focuses on

• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust injection molding processes
• Scientific molding and process window development
• Supporting validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Troubleshooting scrap, cosmetic issues, dimensional variation, and cycle time
• Partnering closely with tooling, quality, and production teams
• Supporting new product launches and process transfers as needed

Background that fits well

• 3+ years of Hands‑On Injection Molding Processing Experience
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and process optimization skills
• BS in Engineering preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Experience working with a range of resins and molding machines
• Medical or cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Base salary range: $110,000 to $140,000
  , depending on experience and scope
