Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to construct, weld, and assemble a variety of metal components used in our manufactured products. The ideal candidate is quality-focused, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Weld various metals and thicknesses to meet production specifications
• Utilize standard fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment
• Prepare product for the next production step; inspect for cosmetic and functional defects
• Report any material or quality issues promptly
• Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience with aluminum or stainless steel preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to weld multiple materials and thicknesses.
• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment as required.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure and perform basic math and decimal-to-fraction conversions.
• Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to complete paperwork accurately.

• Prolonged standing required.
• Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
