Material Handler / Outbound Warehouse - MO

This position works in a warehouse or production facility and is responsible for packing, labeling, and organizing multiple products into a single package/pallet, also known as a kit. The role also handles the storage, movement, and delivery of the kitted supplies to various departments throughout the facility.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Perform inventory controls to maintain high quality standards and accurate inventory counts; report any discrepancies.
• Prepare kits of material for the production areas of the plant.
• Organize and label outgoing parts into the correct storage areas.
• Participate in general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, discarding material and cardboard.
• Label kitted material with identifying tags and/or markings with pertinent information.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes/problem solving.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standards.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods, primarily standing.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills essential for team collaboration within the warehouse.
• Experience using a forklift; professional forklift certification strongly preferred.
• Record‑keeping skills necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory.
• Ability to problem‑solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance.

Normally working on the plant floor with manual labor; exposure to heat, cold, inclement weather, noise, vibration, welding sparks, grease, oil, and diesel fuel.
