This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Team Member. The position is based in Lamar, MO. Responsibilities include assisting in daily production activities, maintaining and monitoring production equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. The role may also involve participating in training sessions and supporting production management to ensure efficient operations.

• Knowledge and skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong Communication skills for effective team interaction and collaboration
• Understanding of Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards
• Ability to assist with Training and support of team members for productivity improvements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to work in an on-site, physical role
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus
