WHAT YOU WILL DO- Performs and documents preventive maintenance.
- Maintenance of packing machines.
- Maintenance of process equipment conveyors, blowers and gear boxes
- Maintenance of utility equipment.
- Participates in problem-solving and plant performance improvement activities.
- Set-Up, Start-Up, Adjust and Operation of Equipment.
- Proper Shutdown and Changeover as required by company standards and to
- Perform all mandatory quality testing/checks and complete all related documentation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical concerns of the equipment.
- Holder of Minimum Ordinary National Diploma ("OND") in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 – 5 Years experience within the confectionery industry.
- Level 2 Safety Awareness knowledge.
- Ownership mind-set.
- Passionate to support equipment reliability KPIs.
