Crater/Packer-3 role at ITW EAE

• Accurately pick products based on work orders or pick lists using RF scanners or manual methods.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
• Crate large or sensitive items using hand tools, power tools, and custom packaging methods.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect items for defects, damage, or discrepancies before packing.
  • Ensure all shipments meet company and customer specifications.
  • Maintain documentation for quality checks and packing records.
• Inventory & Equipment Handling:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and equipment handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
