This person will manage the daily responsibilities of the mill. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

• Maintenance of equipment
• Quality control
• Maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful)
• Agricultural experience (helpful)
• Mechanical experience (helpful)
• Background in feed or animal production (helpful)
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
