As a Welder, you will fabricate and assemble various metals to complete the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Use standard industry tools and machinery to weld and construct manufactured parts.
• Understand material types, gauge thickness, and appropriate welding techniques.
• Prepare products for the next production step, inspecting for defects or cosmetic issues.
• Report defective materials or questionable quality conditions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Follow all required safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to weld multiple materials and thicknesses.
• Follow established SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform simple math and decimal‑to‑fraction conversions.
• Set up machines as required.
• Follow directions and work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Read a tape measurer accurately.
• Detail‑oriented and thorough.
• Self‑motivated.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1‑2 years of MIG and/or TIG experience on aluminum or stainless steel.

Preferred but not required.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking; ability to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
