* Job Description:

**** Essential Responsibilities/

Activities:

*** Navigates through different servers to locate materials for different assignments.
* Reads electronic schematics from the discrete PCB component level up to complete module assembly.
* Reads machinery manual and technical document to aid in trouble shooting equipment process issues.
* Reads Bills of Materials to identify common SMT parts and works with manufacturing and engineering to identify, assemble and replace listed components as necessary.
* Reads mechanical drawings from the discrete PCB component level up to complete module assembly.
* Hand solder through hole components and modules.
* Hand solder Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and modules.
* Hand solder and rework using a microscope to fine pitch down to 0402 and prefer 0201
* Rework using PACE, Dragon or other BGA/Flip Chip rework station
* Troubleshoots using test equipment through hole PCB's down to the discrete component level.
* Troubleshoots using test equipment SMT, to include surface mount PCB's down to the discrete component level.
* Organize and clean workplace areas and tech bench.
