Rewind Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Rewind Machine Operator to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating rewind machines to process materials efficiently and maintain product quality. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate rewind machines to rewind, slit, and inspect materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of rewind machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report any quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and document any machine malfunctions or downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating rewind or similar machinery preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
