The Utility Person is flexible and adaptable, able to assist where needed and respond to various operational needs.

• Knife skilled on several jobs across the fabrication floor.
• Knowledgeable of saw operation skills.
• Communicate with team members across the floor.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of PPE.

• Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment.
• Previous knife experience in manufacturing environment.
• Be attentive to detail.
• Ability to work safely, wear PPE, and follow instructions.
• Ability to attend work consistently.
• Display strong work ethic.

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
