Blender Processor Operator

Overview

At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently hiring a Blender Processor Operator based in our Bridgeton, New Jersey beverage manufacturing plant. The Blender/Processor plans, controls and executes the delivery of the daily blend/processing requirements for production through the scheduling, ordering and manufacturing of raw ingredients from concentrate with adherence to the quality specification requirement.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 – 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required is acceptable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Knowledge of SAP

Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and recipes
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and/or small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
