We live that statement every single day. We are looking for an Electrical Technician to help support that mission.

The Electrical Technician assembles custom built wire harnesses and control box modules by interpreting blueprint specifications, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Reports to the Production Foreman and is responsible for consistent and efficient workmanship in a team‑based environment, meeting customer deadlines with quality finished products.

• Build production control boxes to blueprints, maintain efficiency standards.
• Build production wire harnesses to blueprints, maintain efficiency standards.
• Work closely with engineering department for revision changes and component changes.
• Design wire harnesses to function with prototype electrical generators.
• Utilize wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering tools to assemble products.
• Verify parts clearances to spec, verifying conformance of parts to stock lists and blueprints.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical circuits, harnesses and control boxes using digital multimeter tool.
• Complete all time‑keeping requirements to track labor in jobs.
• Complete all quality control paperwork per job as directed.
• Notify production foreman upon completion of assembly.
• Adhere to the assembly process in place while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Electrical technical school certificate or related field such as Automotive/Diesel Technology preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of electrical assembly experience preferred
• A good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
• Strong diagnostic skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to consistently repair and assemble components and equipment
• Strong electrical knowledge
• Good communications skills
• Good, safe work habits

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
