The candidate will own quality performance on a production pod, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions across warranty, test stands, and internal processes.
The role requires hands-on experience on the factory floor, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining cost targets.
