Responsibilities- Execute precise machine setups and changeovers to facilitate seamless production runs.
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal throughput and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and adjustments to maintain operational accuracy.
- Proactively troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Manage heavy material handling and blending processes with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Document production metrics and equipment logs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader team to achieve daily manufacturing targets and uphold quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in industrial machine operation or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CNC setup, press brake operation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to technical guidelines.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Prior experience in material handling and packaging roles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and blueprints.
- Flexibility to support production schedules as needed.
