• Keep It Clean:
  Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas according to established procedures and schedules.
• Protect Food Safety:
  Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation standards to help prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
• Document Your Work:
  Record cleaning activities, chemical concentrations, test results, and any follow-up cleaning needed.
• Work Safely:
  Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain Your Equipment:
  Keep tools, supplies, and storage areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Work as a Team:
  Coordinate with Production and other departments to make the most of scheduled downtime and ensure equipment is properly sanitized before returning to operation.
• Make a Difference:
  Identify and report potential food safety concerns and take appropriate action to help prevent issues.

We're looking for someone who:
Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail. Understands the importance of food safety and following procedures. Works safely and responsibly around cleaning chemicals and equipment. Can follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation. Communicates well and works effectively with others. Is willing to learn and follow established sanitation methods and safety requirements. Required:

High school diploma or GED. Desired: 1+yr of experience in sanitation prefered, not required.
