Ultipro is seeking a Production Shift Lead in Saint Clair, MO to ensure the 6:25am–5:05pm shift runs safely, smoothly, and with high quality. You will oversee safety, quality, and line coordination while interfacing with support functions and managing set-up and staffing.
Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, maintaining defect-free quality, auditing production, mentoring shift members, and driving continuous improvement per PLZ practices.
