Young Innovations in Missouri is seeking a machine operator for an 8-hour shift (Mon-Fri) to operate and adjust machinery and inspect produced items in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will set up, operate, adjust, and maintain equipment to produce vulcanized rubber cups, while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards (ISO, FDA). This role reports to the Production Supervisor and collaborates with a dedicated production team to meet daily goals.
