Caterpillar is hiring an Entry Level Production Operator in Boonville, MO. You will set up and operate machines to produce plastic and/or rubber parts, with two shift options: 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM–11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 11 PM–7:30 AM).
Starting wage is $21.40/hour plus $1.00/hour shift premium, with 6% 401k match, day-one medical/dental/vision/RX, HSA with company contribution, and a monthly bonus up to 11%. Overtime opportunities and tuition assistance are available.
